Before You Order

We confirm every reference against your OE number before the order is booked. If a number has been superseded, or the same part is available across more than one brand line, we tell you before you commit rather than after the container arrives.

Ask for a sample unit first if you are trying a new reference. That is how most of our long-standing accounts started.

Freight

Cartons are sized to the part so you are not paying for air. Where you order across several lines, we consolidate into one consignment and issue a single tracking reference on dispatch.
